weak painful limbs ... what is it ?

for the past 4 days or so i have had achy weak feeling limbs and general tiredness and a bit dizzy
now i had a small lump removed from my arm on saturday ,i do suffer with anxiety and i do have a cold ,any ideas im scaring myself silly

i get shooting pains down my arms aswell but not terribly painful ,its all very strange
