Karvol on a tissue under the bottom sheet of her cot, near her head. Stand for 10 mins in a steamy bathroom if she's really bunged up. Use warm, wet cotton wool to get all the yucky crusty bogies off her nose in the morning. Bowl of water in her room to humidify it a bit. Calpol or medised if she's really hot/can't sleep - medised has an anti histamine in it as well as paracetamol which supposedly dries up their noses a bit but has the added advantage of making them sleepy! (Doesn't work on all kids tho!)

Erm, someone else will be along with more ideas I'm sure.

Someone on here once suggested putting a couple of lifts under the cot so that it is tilted (I think they used tin-cans). I tried this and it did help.

Phone directories are good for lifting the head end of the cot. Knew there was something I'd missed!!
