BAd back - recommendation

Hi! I have a bad lower back, nothing major, just unpleasant. I struggle to bend down to lift my baby (or anything else for that matter), I walk like a nan when I get out of bed in the morning etc.
I was thinking of trying Alexander Technique or pilates or yoga.... can anyone recommend anything in particular? I am not very fit, I have a bit of a gut and hardly any abs!

Thanks!

Pilates fab for abs. It's a very good idea to do something now before your back gets any worse and you have to join the Back Story threadsSmile.

Oh and sounds obvious but avoid heavy lifting and bend your knees.
