7 days without a poo - would you be worried?

DD2 nearly 7 months hasn't had a proper poo in a week (a few skidmarks but thats it) have tried orange juice spooning it in and as 50/50 water/juice, upped her liquids, dropped solids back a bit, given her fruit with every meal even things like sweetcorn but nothing.

Even phoned HV who just told me to give her orange juice. She's not taking a lot of solids yet and still has a fair number of BFs during the day and 2 during the night.

When would you start to get worried?

I am going to phone her in the morning again I wasn't very happy with the just give her orange juice, sweetcorn and have you tried weetabix? (what is it with HVs and weetabix?)

TMI alert - she will start to go but then starts crying and goes rigid so the poo goes back up again. I'm just worried as I know all thats gone in in a week and nothing has come back out again. She's her usual very happy self though.
