Should I be worried

Found a strange lump type thingy in breast id say about 5 6 pm on a clock it's where your breast meets the bone it's a odd shape moves about and is sore when I touch it and poke about it I've not got any other symptoms

Could it be a benign fibroadenoma?

Always best to get these things checked just in case I'd make an appointment with your gp
