tiny blisters on toes and palms

Hi all.
I'm a newbie looking for some advice.
I have the tiniest of little blisters all over muffled on both feet that are incredibly itchy. It's seems to have started with chill blaines I got in December. I cannot cope with the itchyness any longer. It gets really bas after a shower and they get red hot. Now what's really bothering me is I noticed just today just a few little blisters on the palms of my hands. Obviously I need to see a doc but has anyone had any experience of this? I googled it and scared the life out of myself! Thanks in advance x

Thanks for all the replies. This is going on weeks now and has gotten slightly worse instead of better. Would I have hf&m this long? Like I'm 36!

Do they ever coalesce? Are they deep-seated blisters or just on the surface? It could also be phompolyx-type excema. Worth getting checked out at a doctor, and potentially a dermatologist.

Sorry what's coalesce? They seem to be just in the surface, tiny tiny things that Fucking Hell are itchy. But just at night!

I thought I had chilblains last year (I used to get them) but it was actually athletes foot. It spread to my palm. Might be worth checking?

Join together to form bigger blisters. But my pompholyx fare-ups are itchy all day and all night! I would have thought that you'd have recovered from HF&M - it is caused by a virus and I think usually passes in a week or so. I would make an appointment at the GP and get checked out.

Coeliac? There is a rash associated with that

My initial thought was HFM, but it could be something like dermatitis herpetiformis, which is linked to gluten intolerance.

I have coelaic disease and get itchy blistery rashes which were ascribed to the CD. Since then I have been diagnosed with lupus and told the rash is lupus related.

Definitely you need to see your GP and get a referral to a dermatologist for a skin biopy to find out what's causing this.

Its very very itchy and painful if the skin cracks.
I have had it for years on my feet.
I dod used to get it on my fingers which was worse during pmt. Not much you can do other than steroid creams

Yes daftlass I thought it was athletes foot and I got dactarin that is making no difference and all. What else can I try?

I got something from the docs which cleared it mine up fast. I can't remember the name though, I'm afraid.

bruffin, I don't think you can dx someone on the basis of an internet thread...

There are lots of things it could be though (skin conditions are pretty difficult to doagnose even by professionals), and it needs addressing by a doctor or dermatologist.

I get dishydrotic eczema and used to have flare ups on my hands and feet which last about 2-3 months then clear up I haven't had a big flare up for years now, just odd little blistery patches on my fingers occasionally which last about a week.

Sometimes the blisters are very tiny down the sides of my fingers, but itch like mad, no idea what causes it but when I used to get big flare up it would sometimes crack and weep. If it got bad I had to just use steroid creams.

I am no more diagnosing than anyone else on this thread so im not sure why you are picking on me Lackadaisycal,you made your own diagnosis.
I havent said ignore everyone or dont go to gp.

Thanks everyone for all the replies. I gave noticed this morning the blisters down along the sides of my fingers and spread wider across my palms. Which to be frank has scared the shot out if me so I'm deffo off to the doc. Thanks again fir all the replies x
