An actual yellow headed pimple spot, I gave it a squeeze and out popped a hard bit of yellow stuff. Just like a regular spot I used to get when I was a teenager.
When I say inside I mean the boundary between your upper lip and the inside of your mouth, not in my mouth or on my face.
Weird, eh!
