Little yellow patches on eyeballs

A few mnoths ago I noticed a little yellow patch on right eyeball. The eye wasn't sore or anything although my vision did sometimes seem blurred through that eye but as I wear glasses and am over due a test I thought nothing of it, but now I have a patch on the other eye too and that one also seems blurred.

Any ideas what they are ??

Have you had your cholesterol checked? Seem to remember something about cholesterol showing up in eyes,but not sure.

Nope have never had it checked, never had need to iykwim. I don't eat alot of fatty foods or anything.

Hmm just googled and apparently they can be as a result of ultra violet rays, which would fit because I never ever wear sunglasses as I don't have any perscription ones.
