Mumsnet diagnosis please

Haven't felt well/myself for the last few days. Really tired and lethargic. Bit sniffly but not so much so it's like a head cold (I'm not a snot monster). Feel a bit nauseus but not actually been sick. Yellow patches on back of throat.

What (if anything) is this? And should I see my gp?

Virus or pregnancy

jolly I'm ignoring the latter. I actually do think it's a virus.
