Desperate...dd has mystery illness and no 2 due any day...help

Dd is 2 she's been sick for no apparent reason 7 times in the last 10 days, just sicks up everything she's eaten. She's lost her appetite and is losing weight. GP doesn't know what it is and is sending dd for food allergy tests tomorrow.
She's just not herself at all, unhappy and clingy and I'm getting really worried.
Does this sound like a food allergy to anyone?
(next baby due any day now and I could really do without worrying myself stupid about this)

I can remember my baby sister having something liek this and no one ever worked out what it was.

Do you ahve plenty of help at home?

How long did it last for twinset?
Andd no help at home except for a v good dh.
Just worried that I might miss something if I'm caught up with the new baby.

It was a long time ago, about 14 years, she was ill for a good few weeks and was even admitted into hospital. I am sure however that doctors know a lot more now.
