Ds getting over chickenpox.

Is there anything I can apply to his skin to help heal it?

I had read rose hip oil is good.

Anyone used this for chickenpox scars?

Or any other recommendations?

He says it's still itchy and sore at times but they seem to have mostly crusted over now

When my dc had chicken pox I was advised to use virasoothe it's a gel especially formulated to relieve the chicken pox itchy rash, it works better than calamine. Piriton is also good to stop the itching.

Thanks

We've been using virasoothe and an anti histamine ( can't use piriton as he has asthma) and oat milk bath.

I'm looking for something to use on the scars left behind to help heal them.
