Is it possible to delay or suppress your period if you're not on the pill?

That's it really - am off on holiday soon and it's only just dawned on me that I'm due to come on right in the middle of our time away.

Any ideas?

or have unprotected sex when you definatly dont want to get pregnant. you will want AF to arrive so much that its bound to be late.

Get to your gp, there is def something you can take but not sure what it is called.
