thnk its lugging that spare VAD about, its ruined my back.

stil painful. peter says i should sue as they wouldnt give us a spare trolly.

i say i just need to get fitter!

i feel worse. am in complete agony.

i need to lose weight to get som e of the rpessure of my back.

ask for a physio referral - they can give you exercises to strengthen the right muscles (sounds like you could do with them if you have to lug heavy equipment around!)
