Waking up in pain

Last few nights I have woken up with a pain in my left breast.

I suppose this could have gone in menopause because I had a hysterectomy 2.5 years ago. I've been off HRT for three weeks now, due to headaches. I am 29.

Is this usual? The pain? It does concern me that the pain is enough to wake me. My breast is uncomfortable during the day but not painful if that makes sense.

Any advice please?

i dont know the answers for you- mostly posting to bump you but why not get a breast check from your gp just to make you feel at ease over it, it cannot hurt to check.
