Poorly baby after 2nd (12wk) immunisations

My ds had his 2nd set of imms on wed and since then has been off his feeds, sleepy and generally not himself! He hasn't got a temp and i was just wandering if anyone elses' ds/dd had been the same and how long it lasted. He went off his milk a bit after the 1st but think weather had alot to do with that too.

If you are concerned i would go to the gp or ring nhs direct for reassurance.

Thanks zippitippitoes, he's a bit better this afternoon smiling and babbling after a good sleep! Will take to out of hours gp if poorly over weekend.
