Help! first period today - spa tomorrow!

Help please! I gave birth to my second DS 3 months ago and today I got my first period . It's typical I've got a spa day booked for tomorrow, great timing. Can I use tampax? I really can't remember when I started using them again after ds1? I can't see there being a problem can anyone else. I really don't want to cancel.
Please help!

3 months is fine to use tampons if you are all healed and no infections. Depending on how hard you have been exercising you might need a larger size for peace of mind.
