Yesterday I noticed a very small (1 mm) dark red/brown dot on my index finger,it most have only just appeared as I would have noticed it before then as it is on the side facing my thumb. I am a bit anxious about my health,so on the one hand I want to go to the docs ASAP but on the other hand I know I should probably wait a week or two to see if it disappears. It isn't raised at all or rough,more like it is under the skin. Anyone had this? I actually thought it was felt tip pen at first and tried to wash it off
