Blood in Faceas (SP?) warning, tmi!!

Basically, Ive got alot of blood in my pooh. Its been really bad today, loads in the toilet and on paper etc.
Ive got a really painful stomach, could it be connected?
I think it may be piles, can they be this bad, or is it worth going to the emergency doctors?

Definitely get it checked out!!!

I would get it checked out if I were you. Piles can cause bleeding, as can lots of stomach conditions. Definitely best to get these things checked out by your gp.

I would ring the emergency DR. I had similar symptoms last year that turned out to be food poisening and i needed a long course of antibiotics. Like Socci said these symtoms are a sign something isn't quite right.

is it mixed in with the poo? Is it fresh looking? Do you have anything mucus in it? Do you have diarrhoea?
