Does anyone have any tried and tested methods/remedies to help with bloating during your period? I usually feel a little bloated the day before and first few days of my period, but this month is totally taking the biscuit. I feel and look like the size of a bloody house and have got extra bad cramps to boot. Anyone have any tips to help make me a feel a little better? If anyone says excerise I might have to throw my shoe at you.
