lump in breast

I've had a small pea sized lump in my right breast for about 4 years. I've been to the doctor who couldn't feel it because I have very lumpy breasts anyway!
The other day I noticed that you can actually see it now when looking in the mirror. I also have a lump on my left hip which is quite painful.

Of course I googled it and scared myself to death! The thing is I've had several MRIs and other tests for other problems so I'm assuming that if there was any signs of anything else it would have shown up by now. Or am I deluding myself and should get to the doctor asap?

Step away from Google!

If I were you I'd make another appointment with the doctor. I'm surprised your doctor didn't send you to the breast clinic for a second opinion if he/she couldn't feel it.

I hope everything's OK. I would've thought an MRI would have shown any problems, unless they were on a completely different area.

I've had mri scans from my head to my pelvis so I'm assuming if there was something in my bresst it would have shown up.

Definitely step away from Google! Whatever any of us say it will always niggle at you, so go back to GP and insist on a referral to Breast Clinic. They're utterly brilliant and will reassure you am sure/ tell you what it is. I'd bet if you've had all those scans already though that it's nothing to worry about. Go get peace of mind. Smile
