During my labour a couple of years ago, all my pain was in my lower back (baby was not back to back) and all my period pains are there too.
I also get pain in my lower back after sex- a sharp ache right under my coccyx for an hour afterwards. I've always had this but it's quite since having a baby. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know if there's anything I can do about it?
