Giving Blood Burns Calories

I have just heard that giving blood burbs 650 calories and hope someone here know is its true?

Um, I'm not sure that it should form part of a healthy living plan. And they give you a biscuit afterwards anyway.

I was just googling to put my mind at rest and thought it was interesting.

All done now, no idea if it burnt the calories but they took my biscuits and gave me some crisps instead because I went light headed.

Much better now though.
