.....that would recommend their surgeon? After struggling for years with enormous boobs (32J) I think this might be the year I stop moaning and do something about them! I've looked at the website of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons but as I am London based there is a v long list of potential surgeons so I thought I'd whittle potentials down initially by seeing if any of you good people could make any recommendations. Am guessing you'd need to PM me any names.
