My DS2 is 4 weeks old. Up to friday he was perfectly fine, not sicky at all. Since then he has been sick on and off all the time. It's not always straight after a feed (he's BF by the way) sometimes it can be a couple of hours after a feed, just before he's due another one, anytime really. He is calm and settled inbetween sickness, sleeping, feeding, pooing like normal.

I don't feel it's anything to worry about really, but could do with someone agreeing with me, or telling me what it is!

are you getting a good burp out of him after feeding?

MatNanPlus · 06/08/2006 16:18

He could just be overeating a little.

If he is happy and settles and you burp him well then i woulod wait and see.

BethAndHerBrood · 06/08/2006 16:20

Yes, he's burping, and trumping!!

We've been giving him Infacol to help with his wind.

Ah, personally i have found infacol to facilitate bring up in 3 babies i cared for.

Have you been using the infacol for long?

Is DS2 easier to burp with it?

BethAndHerBrood · 06/08/2006 17:20

The infacol was helping, he seemed to have trapped wind quite badly, and it did come up a bit when we started the infacol just over a week ago.

He can hold onto his wind for ages though, and just when you've given up hope of any coming, there is a burp right from his boots!

oh yes, those burps really can be astonding in their volume, when he is sick does he also burp?

BethAndHerBrood · 06/08/2006 17:37

No, not usually.

Sounds like tummy a little over full then, should settle down again soon.
