She's 23 months
I picked her up from nursery on Wed because her temp was 102, she has been ratty and not herself since

Yesterday spots started appearing on her body and her face. Red angry type ones
Mostly faded today but still some on her face

Anyone know what it is??

sounds like what ds2 has. he was a bit off for a few days , then a temperature and then spots. they were almost coming up before my eyes yesterday. the doc didn't really know wht is was and just said it must be some kind of virus and to keep an eye on him.

DS had measles and if I remember correctly the spots last for a while plus he was so sick with such a high temp you just knew it was something serious. I would take her to Doc just to be on safe side but it is probably one of those famous 'non specific viral rash' things.
