I have had a coil in now for 7yrs and a bit, but just recently it feels like its trying to come out, it feels like a tampon trying to come out, so i'm wondering if that is he same feeling, can.t see any strings any advise on this would be appreciated

It is overdue a change at 7years anyway . Worth having it checked to rule out prolapse too.
