I am generally interested in food. My diet is good but not obsessively so. I eat mostly home cooked food, regular meals and eat mostly what I fancy in moderation.
I have never needed to watch my weight though (IMO) a mixture of regular exercise and eating "real" food not processed convenience stuff or excessive sweets/chocolate.
Over the last 2 weeks I have not stopped eating and I've eaten loads of junk too. I really don't know what's happened. Don't shout pregnancy
I had Af half way through last week , which could have explained the beginning but I should be back to normal now. What's going on?
