Long story, broke tibial plateau, tibia and have plate and about six pins in/ around knee and leg. Bone has heeled but in pretty constant pain. Admit that I am overweight and haven't been keeping the physio up as much as I should.
I have large numbers of shoes with various height heels. Should I throw them out and reconcile myself to old age flatties with foam heels? Or if I exercise more and lose that weight, can I return to elegance?
