What can I do. I feel like shit (if you'll excuse the pun) Have had 7 bouts of it since 7am, and now feel shaky, sick and drained. Is there anything I can take to get me back on an even keel?

Doesn't help that DS is devil like this morning. Have shoved Tweenies vid on in the hope I can lie on the sofa uninterrupted.

Make that 8 bouts now accompanied by nasty sharp stromach cramps. Nice

I would call your MW and ask her advice, but you need to rest and drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.

Hope it passes real soon x

If it's any help - I had this when I was about 16 wks pg. Horrible. Your body is best getting it all out. Just make sure you sip plenty of water. Ring the doc just to be on the safe side but I reckon they'll just say you have to s(h)it it out...
Hope you feel better soon.

Sorry - I just re-read my post - of course it will be of no 'help' to you whatsoever that I had this when I was 16 wks pg - I don't know why I though it would tbh...anyway - try and rest and thank the lord for the Tweenies (difficult I know).
