Every other period is normal...the latter is hell! Any1 had this?

My normal menstrual cycle; 30/31 days in winter & 27/28 days during summer.
Recently I have noticed every other month to be abnormal...i.e 40-47 days long with the worst PMT ive ever experienced.

I think i have a problem with one ovary. Does anyone else have any other ideas?
My Doctor seems to think its my depression,(am on meds etc) and doesnt feel the need for any tests!

I was sterilised 4 yrs ago by cutting/removing my fallopian tubes. (After my 4th C section) Could this be connected?
Ive exhausted the net, so all thoughts are welcomed.

Poor you, sounds horrible... no idea why, but BUMP anyway. Am sure someone who can help will come along.

My friend has just one fallopian tube following a ectopic, and she has the same, so it sounds likely.
