Bloating

I seem to be bloated by lunchtime no matter what I eat. Yesterday I had Special K and semi skimmed milk. Today one slice of toast with Philly light. I am full of wind!! Why oh why?

My DH suffers from this and we're fairly certain it's as a result of lactose intolerance. Might be worth researching that and gluten intolerance as from what we read both have similar set of symptoms.

Yes lactose and gluten intolerance seems likely. I used o get it until I stopped eating wheat and started drinking lactofree milk.

Dandelion tea is excellent to stop the bloat.
Also probiotics are very helpful.
Hope this helps

Agree about probiotics and food that encourages intestinal flora to grow. Processed fibre like Special K strips away intestinal flora.
