I'm 38, eat healthily, lots of fruit and veg, take vitamins daily, have a reasonably active lifestyle. I sleep well.
I'm ill CONSTANTLY - cold, cough, sinusitis, abdo pains sometimes, bad back.
I'm sick of feeling like shit!
My DS is almost 3 and has had a cough/cold since October last year that two lots of ABs haven't shifted for more than a week.
What am I doing wrong???

I don't know tbh, but there are plenty of us posting on here who similarly have multiple health problems and wonder about 'run down' immune systems.

Any chance your GP could offer some insights? I know they are a mixed bunch when it comes yo being asked to look at a patient more holistically.

My gp is shit tbh!
I went to him complaining of vague intermittent abdo pains in the pelvic region and he wanted me to take antibiotics but couldn't tell me why?

Yeah, that is pretty shit.

Get a second GP's opinion?
