Is my DH overreacting?

I have been throwing up, keeping going to the toilet (sorry tmi) not loose though and pains in my side and above my belly button. Have been like this for 2 weeks now. Pain is really bad tonight and husband reckons we should call OOH. I really don't want to phone OOH as they will only send me to A&E, they have done in the past with tummy pain. I know people are not doctors but would like some advice as to whether to carry on riding it out or phone OOH.

Thanks but I'm gonna wait till tomorrow and call gp. Managed to get a few hours sleep but woke up feeling like drunk really light headed, room spinning and walking clumsy. At least I've not been sick. But started to ache now everything seems to hurt and my belly button has started to bleed :( DH thinks it's appendicitis. Hope not can't afford to have time of from work!

I would see someone now tbh. None of that sounds right

GColdtimer · 19/01/2014 22:35

Missed the bit about bleeding belly button. Shock You have to call them.

AngryFeet · 19/01/2014 22:35

You should go to a&e. Don't put yourself at risk. GO!

Littlefish · 19/01/2014 22:35

Your dh is not overreacting. Phone OOH.

AngryFeet · 19/01/2014 22:38

It is some kind of infection at best. You will feel worse tomorrow so best to get seen now.

GColdtimer · 19/01/2014 22:40

If its an infection it's not getting better on its own. And could get a whole lot worse in the next 12 hours.

It is hopefully nothing scary but I wouldn't be hanging around to find out tbh.

Are you ok OP?
