I think I have had a chemical pregnancy but this won't be confirmed until next week so I don't want to go back on my BC (I am on the patch but its the same as taking the combined pill) until its confirmed that I am not pregnant any more I am on my 1 week break at the moment and was supposed to start a new pack on Saturday but obviously I now can't
I am going on holiday in 3 weeks and had it all planned out when my period was going to be but now I am worried I will start unexpectedly etc.
Should I just wait until my next period and start taking it then like you when you first start taking it? Will it come as normal in 3 weeks or will having this month mess it all up? Should I just choose a week and start taking it again?
I know in the scheme of things it doesn't matter really but it just all feels like one big stress I feel really out of control of my body for the first time in ages.
