Hi, wondering if anyone has any experience it may be nothing and I will mention it to my doctor who I have an appointment with next week...

DS is 20 months and has had diahorrea for about 4 weeks. Sorry to get technical but its not runny, more like porridge. The thing is he is fine and is eating well and is full of energy and has no other symptoms other than up to 3 very soft, porridge like nappies a day. Should I be worried?

Oops meant to add he gets really bad nappy rash with the poo. Sometimes its so bad he won't let me wipe his bum. I've found a great nappy cream which works and by the next nappy change the rash is gone and he doesn't get it with urine.

My DGS (2.3) has just had this, it lasted over 3 weeks and caused a rash which cleared up each time with Sudocreme. When my DD mentioned it to the doctor (she'd taken him for something unrelated) he said toddlers are prone to this and it's viral, nothingto worry about as long as he is eating normally, and it will burn itself out.

Thanks for that, reassuring to know. Also he did a solid one tonight! Ok, TMI!
