Humidifier for chronic sinusitis?

Hi all

Does anyone have any experiences with humidifiers? Have they helped with your sinus issues?

Never tried a humidifier, but I did find aromatherapy very effective indeed.

Yes, in winter when the central heating sucks the moisture out of the air, I feel a lot better & less stuffy in the morning with one in the room.
