umbilical hernia

Hi I had a baby girl 9 weeks and I've just been told I've developed a umbilical hernia, little bit worried about what that means. Has anyone had this and if so can you share what happened with it please? Tia x

It is just a hernia on your belly button, nothing to worry about but might need a little operation if it doesn't pop back in on it's own. Have you seen the doc about it and what the treatment will be?

Yeh he said there isn't any treatment unless it gets bigger or get pain from it. Just didn't go into much detail so was curious
