Any dentist recommendations for Milton Keynes? Or ones to avoid?

Hi there

I've just moved to Milton Keynes and need to go to the dentist. Can anybody recommend any good dentists locally? I'm a complete wuss when it comes to the dentist and have been putting it off for much too long but now I really really need to go.

If they can do fillings without using a drill that's even better.

Also - are there any dentists locally that people have used and WOULDN'T recommend? Just as keen to avoid known bad ones!

I've spotted a practice in the station building which could be quite convenient - has anybody ever used them or heard anything about them?

Thank you so much

Pollydoodle you must go to Oxford House surgery in Bletchley. I have Dr Ruth Lynch and she is fantastic. I am also a big wuss at the dentist and this lady was born to treat the wusses of this world. Absolutely calm and patient and in all the time I have been to her (10 years min) she has not hurt me once.
Let me know how you get on.

thanks flowertop - will let you know how I get on.

Can I be very cheeky and ask if there are any other good things you can recommend around MK - I have a 14m ds and am still looking for things to do particularly with him.

cheers

pollydoodle hi not sure how to help really. I don't actually live in MK (used to pre kids!) but used to work there which is why I went to dentist. I'm sure if you start a thread specifically for things to do with babies in MK someone will come along and help. I have friends who live in MK and one with an 18 month old so will ask them and if helpful will get back to you. I know there is a tumble tots in buckingham which is supposed to be really good and not too far. If you can't find details I will see if I can find out for you. Sorry not more help...
