Wrecked heels - what to do!?

I was out at the supermarket earlier and my sandal strap snapped so I bought some cheap ballet pumps to wear home..
Got home and found that my heels are red raw and bleeding (god knows how/why I didn't notice them rubbing and hurting)

How can I help them heal faster? will antiseptic cream do anything, and are plasters good or bad?

It's a nightmare too as all the shoes I have tried now rub at it when I walk.

Ouuch there is a product advertised on tv that is supposed to repair heels - you know the one where she is on an escalator. Not sure if it will work on yours as they sound very sore.

I may be best just wearing flipflops for a few days..lol...

I'm such a fool..my mind is just totally elsewhere at the moment..
