Does this sound like a UTI?

I get recurrent UTI's but I'm not 100% certain I have one. I'm in an awful lot of pain, every step jars my abdomen. When I sit down it's like I'm sitting on a knitting needle. Going to toilet is agony but pooping seems to hurt my bladder for some reason. My kidneys are killing me. I've never been in this much pain with a UTI before but it feels like a similar type of pain. Any ideas?

Also, I'm 6 weeks post-partum so slightly concerned that it's something to do with that.

have u gone and had it checked op? if you haven't yet I suggest you do asap.
