Is there anything missing from my diet?

Before anyone comments on how unhealthy it is to eat the same meals every day or whatever, I'd just like to say I have an eating disorder so I don't have a lot of choice!

For breakfast I have branflakes and semi skimmed milk.

Dinner: a ham and cheese sandwich with a bag of crisps

Tea: sausages/chicken nuggets with mash, carrots and broccoli and gravy

Then for snacks I tend to have a yoghurt and quite a bit of chocolate lately Shock

Is this diet relatively ok? I realise this is a little pointless as I eat the same meals every day regardless. But it's just something that concerns me because I'm worried I'm causing damage I won't be able to fix

Processed Blush

Could you squeeze in a bit of fruit?
Otherwise I think you're getting a bit from each food group though potentially quite high in salt.
Well done though!

I think it's fine :)
Try to swap veg so one day broccoli
Next day cabbage
Next day cauliflower
Try to eat loads of fruit & smoothies maybe
Eat chicken instead of sausages
Roast chicken
Baked fish like Salmon twice a week? If you can

Drinks wise I tend to have water or dilute orange!

Yeah processed is definitely my thing unfortunately, when it comes to meat anyway Confused
It's the plainest tastes and smoothest textures that I go for.

I'm not big on fruit, I could eat vegetables all day long but they have to be with gravy which isn't brill!

Nothing wrong with gravy :)

Could you make your own? Fresh chicken breast in a blender with some grated onion, carrot, apple and a few herbs bread crumbs as a home made chicken burger or chicken nugget?

Captainsweetpants-thankyou for your advice!
Sadly I can't eat any of those things Confused
I am going to go back to have cognitive behavioural therapy again this year for my eating disorder but until that is sorted this isn't damaging is it? I hope it isn't!

Just to clarify my eating disorder isn't the type where you starve yourself or anything, it's where it limits the things I will eat. Sometimes I get so sick of eating the same three meals I end up having sandwiches all day or veg dinners all day instead of varied meals Confused
