Terrible headache with high temperature?

So, I woke up this morning with a massive headache and feeling like i am burning- hey ho, my temperature was +39. I took some paracetamol in hopes that it will get better, but no such luck. Instead I have been able to sleep all day. Just had a check now again, and yep, it's still +39 and the headache is also still there. Any ideas why I have these? I am fine otherwise.

I did have a laparascopy 2 weeks ago for appendicitis and 1 of the 3 incision marks has been very sore- but it's been like that the whole time, so maybe that isn't to blame?

You'd best get checked out. Temperature suggests your body is fighting something?

Definitely get checked out. It might be nothing... or the sore incision might be fighting off an infection that needs some Dr's assistance.

Thanks. I will try and get an appointment tomorrow if I don't feel any better. Hopefully I will get to see a friendlier GP than the one on Monday.
