Is there anything I can do?
I never, ever exercise. This year I wanted to change that so I've started jogging on the spot at home (DC in bed and partner away so can't go out) and doing weights. I only do it for 15 mins ish but always get hot and sweaty. Obv this is a good thing but now I've got loads of red/white pimples on my stomach :( kind of ruining the confidence I was getting from the exercise!
