Been having a uncomfortable feeling just up inside me but there is nothing to see externally. Do internal piles feel uncomfortable? Sometimes it feels like a ache and other times its just a feeling as though something is going to come out but it doesn't. Sorry I just thought I would check if this sounds normal for piles?
