This is a bit of a long one so bear with me if you can. Last Christmas I started experiencing anxiety and panic attacks. Up to this time I had felt perfectly healthy. I started taking 5mg Lexapro last march. I had awful side effects getting established on it and i never felt 100% while on it either.
I started experiencing a hot/cold sensation in my feet which travels right up to my thighs. I also had what felt like a tightening in my cheeks. I felt they have may have been side effects of the Lexapro so I came off them about 2 months ago. But I am still having these horrible feelings, along with neck pain and a headache at the back of my head.
I've seen my gp who did some routine neurological checks and said everything seems ok. She wants me to wait awhile before sending me for an MRI.
I'm sick with worry over what it could be.
