as i feel drunk all lightheaded, and so drained!! ive just been sick. DD was sick last nite and still got the runs but bottom is much better now but she had the temp same as me last nite

i am living on sudafed sinus just now.

theres nothing worse that having bad sinus on a hot day as i know!

it's crap, big. i HATE my sinuses.

yesterday was so muggy and close i wanted to crawl out of my own skin and cut my head off.

have you tried nurofen cold and flu (used to be called nurofen sinus)? I occasionally feel like I live on that

as much as I hate sinus stuff, I think tummy bugs are far worse - poor you biglips!

try and down a whole load of juice/water and see how you feel - I get like that with my migraines and I imagine this weather is only making you feel worse. It does sound like you and dd have a bug - there is def a tummy bug doing the rounds as I've seen a lot of sawdust patches at school (love the way they still clean up puke this way!). Failing that, get some/make some ice lollies for you and dd - bound to make you both feel a bit more normal!
