Posting on here (rather than googling as will probably get told I've got a day left to live or something) Basically, I've had a bitch of a headache all day. Dull, front of brain headache. Popped a few paracetamol this morning which kind of helped, went out for a few hours, came home and within about 5 mins of being indoors started having blurred vision, to the point where I was scared to walk to the kitchen incase I bumped into something, also had a kind of 'lightening bolt' flashing light in my left eye. Dived into bed and hid under the covers for a bit and normal eyesight eventually resumed. Was left with tingly, pins-and-needly

feeling in hands. Headache subsided a bit, kind of feel a bit hungover now. Normal migraine side-effects? Or should I be worried?

Sounds fairly normal to me, except for pins and needlesIin hands. I don't get that.

How are you now? Do you get many migraines?

Caterina99 · 03/01/2014 22:06

Sounds normal to me too. I do get pins and needles occasionally and I usually feel like I have a hangover for a couple of days afterwards. Not fun!

Pretty normal, I get pins and needles. Maybe see your GP for some preventative meds or triptans. Aspirin in coke always helps at first sign !

Same as me too. I do sometimes get pins and needles but also suffer with carpel tunnel/RSI so could be down to that rather than the migraine for me.
