a while ago I needed to be in hospital with a non-lifethreatening condition (My GP said) but when I got to my local hospital they said they did not offer this service My GP insisted it did. I asked to go to another hospital to be refused by my GP who said they did not have in-patients there -this was a blatant lie as it is a world class facility with dedicated in-patient facilities Where do I go to complain ? I thought under Choose and Book you could go anywhere for certain conditions ( some are excluded like MH Maternity)
