The 'Fatty liver' diet

This is pure hell!! Allowed oxo/bovril and certain yogurts, another week to go.

I don't know how I am not going to cheat before midnight

What on earth is the fatty liver diet?! How obscure is it?

It's a diet to reduce the size of the liver prior to gastric surgery, and consists basically of just stock drink and low fat low sugar yogurts, plus a multi-vit and 200ml fruit juice per day.
