Hi

I'm just about to start reading this, I quit while I was pregnant but quickly started back up after separating from my husband. I am now looking to kick the habit for good and wonder if anybody else has read this.

Did you rate it?

And most importantly, did it work for you?

Thanks

There is another thread on this at the moment, not sure what it's calked though. Seems very positive. I read the book and it definitely helped me. I would recommend it. I haven't smoked for over 10 years now.

I stopped 4 years ago with this book. Changed my life Smile

Yes. There was a thread about this book yesterday. Time of year for it, I guess! Good luck.

It worked for me, over 20 years ago. I found the mental image of a 'Nicotine Monster' incredibly helpful when I got cravings, once past the first few days....and kept imagining it shrieking with rage when I didn't feed it, then shrinking Smile

Poor old Allen Carr Flowers. I haven't smoked since.

This book definitely helped me to stop smoking!
